I felt like I was being grounded while at the same time healing and releasing!
Before my session I was feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and frustrated with myself and relationships in my life! During the session, Don was able to cut chords and release soul contracts that no longer serve me. While he was sending the energy to me I laid down with my eyes closed and could see white light coming in eventually turning to a blue light. I also felt a warmth, tingling sensation in my feet and it was going up the back of my legs a bit! It was solid, and I felt like I was being grounded while simultaneously healing and releasing! It felt extremely powerful. After the session I literally fell asleep at 8:30 pm and slept soundly the whole night (which I never do) I woke up feeling well rested. I also had more clarity and peace. My digestion was even better! I felt like I was floating around the whole next day!
